No, because a food supplement must be notified by the distributor (that’s you) to the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety before it is sold (notification according to § 5 NemV).
The Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety (BVL) provides an online notification form for this purpose. The BVL does not carry out any assessment, testing or authorisation of the food supplements notified; it is merely a notification of your product. The product can be placed on the market at the same time as it is notified to the BVL. Good to know: Every time you change something on your label, you must register this change with the BVL.
Yes, in general, we don’t want to set any limits to your creativity here! You can choose from a variety of packaging – whether bulk, folding box, sachet, sticks, tin, blister or bag. The costs are made up of the desired dosage form, the desired raw materials, the packaging and any special requirements for the product. We will be happy to recommend the right solutions for your idea.

Every product idea and therefore every development is individual. We offer you the best possible development of your product so that it meets your needs and you can identify with it. Depending on your ideas and expectations, the development process requires adjustments that influence the process and its duration.
In order for you to be successful, elements⁺ stands not only for personalised service but also for top quality. We ensure this by establishing comprehensive quality, process and supplier management at the highest level throughout the company. We are HACCP and ISO 9001-certified and monitor your health products from the raw material to the end product. In the food supplement industry in particular, we have a large network of exclusively certified partners. From suppliers of other raw materials, packaging manufacturers, bottlers and contract manufacturers to marketing experts and logistics companies. We make this network available to you and manage your projects from the idea to the finished food supplement.
For food safety and quality reasons, we refuse to process adaptogenic mushrooms and substances such as ashwagandha. Furthermore, we do not offer any dropshipping options.
We will be happy to send you a sample, depending on the recipe and raw materials used. You can of course test our powders and different flavours in particular. A questionnaire is attached to the sample, which you can then fill in with any change requests. This will be returned to us and in the next step we will organise another sample that can be sent to you and meets your requirements.

Food supplements can provide important building blocks for our health. So why not declare the health benefits of the ingredients on your product? But be careful! Not everything can and should be on the label of your food supplement. We clear up the regulatory jungle for you with our declaration check service and use our expertise to explain to you what can and cannot be claimed on your label.
Basically, we start where you need us! For example, if you want to take care of the label design yourself, you can of course do that. Just make sure you observe the legal requirements.
We ensure the quality of our products through our large network of exclusively certified partners. We have also established a comprehensive company-wide quality, process and supplier management system at the highest level. However, if you would like to have your products tested again by an independent laboratory, this is of course also possible (Third Party Tested).
Costs & payment
Our collaboration usually begins with a free consultation in which we clarify your product requirements. This is the first basis for creating a quote for you. Book an appointment with us now and then fill out the questionnaire so that we have an ideal basis for discussion.
The offer is also free of charge for you. Simply contact us by phone, email or book an online appointment directly to develop your own product with us.
A declaration test costs €300. This is carried out by our experienced ecotrophologists and quality staff, who are specially trained for this and use this expertise specifically for you and a declaration-compliant product.
As a rule, new elements⁺ customers pay in advance. Depending on the order and scope of delivery, existing customers also have the option of partial prepayment (e.g. 50% prepayment) or payment on account.
Ordering, shipping, returns
We will send the goods internationally to your desired address. You can see from the offer whether shipping is already included or not. We will be happy to provide you with the shipping costs on request, all we need is your delivery address.
The products are produced individually for you. It is therefore generally not possible to change the order once the production order has been received and we have passed it on to our partners. Please contact us personally so that we can check your request.
Yes, we will send you a tracking number as soon as your goods have left our warehouse and are on their way to you.
We do everything we can to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition and in the best quality. However, should damage occur, please document the damaged goods with photos and contact us immediately by phone or e-mail so that we can find a solution.
